Head of Product

About the role

ANCOR is seeking a dynamic Head of Product to lead product management across four brands in the Russian market. The role combines strategic vision with operational execution to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Full executive responsibility for global product management across four brands.
• Define and execute four category strategies, ensuring innovation and market differentiation.
• Lead a team of 15+ professionals, fostering cross‑functional collaboration with sales, brand, R&D, finance and operations.
• Manage a portfolio of 300+ SKUs, overseeing lifecycle management, new product introduction and rationalisation based on data‑driven insights.
• Develop and implement pricing, go‑to‑market and expansion strategies while ensuring quality, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Analyse financial performance, improve category profitability and take corrective actions aligned with key business KPIs.
• Leverage deep market research and consumer understanding to guide product innovation priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product management or category management.
• Strong track record of managing large product portfolios and leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth in a competitive market.
