Financial Planning & Analysis – Loan (Remote)

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Planning & Analysis professional to focus on its lending stream. The role is fully remote and plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, driving profitability, and improving performance of loan products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models forecasting revenue, expenses and profitability for the loan business.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and performance reviews to support loan‑offering decisions.
• Partner with product, marketing and operations teams to align financial objectives with strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, forecasts and KPIs.
• Analyze competitor activity and market conditions to enhance loan product competitiveness.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for accurate financial planning.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses, project support and presentations to improve financial outcomes.
• Support revenue simulation, case assessment and portfolio performance tracking.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of FP&A experience in the banking sector with lending products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication of financial insights to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to change.
