Email & Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Email & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead LH Tours’ email and social media communications. You will shape the brand’s voice, nurture existing subscribers, and attract new leads across English‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate email marketing and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) for LH Tours.
• Plan, create, and launch segmented email campaigns and social content for both current subscribers and prospects.
• Design and optimise lifecycle flows such as lead nurturing, abandoned booking, and re‑engagement sequences.
• Write compelling copy and collaborate on visual assets using AI‑powered design tools.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in email and social media marketing.
• Strong English writing skills (B2+ level, C1 preferred).
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform).
• Instagram and Facebook management.
• AI tools for content creation and design.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing metrics and segmentation.
