About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our oil‑field team at the Nikiiforovskoye site in the Orenburg region. The role ensures reliable operation of all electrical equipment used in oil extraction and processing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe and continuous operation of high‑voltage electrical installations on the field.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of equipment such as KTP, RP, and 10 kV/6 kV overhead lines.
• Prepare work sites, issue permits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations for all electrical activities.
• Coordinate with the crew to schedule and document maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Electrical safety clearance Group IV for voltages up to and above 1000 V.
• Minimum three years of experience in high‑voltage environments or the oil‑and‑gas sector.
• Proven ability to work at height on overhead line structures.
• Experience with electric motors, control panels, and CHRP systems.
