Early Career Trainee, Logistics (Demo Team)

About the role

As an Early Career Trainee in the Logistics team, you will help ensure the smooth movement, tracking and management of demonstration equipment and samples. The role works closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Product teams so that equipment is available where and when it is needed. It suits someone who takes pride in quality work and owns up to challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Update records in the Demo system and handle requests for the movement of equipment and parts, tracking their location and condition
• Evaluate event performance and place and handle Demo orders and registration orders
• Control inventory and manage transactions in internal systems for Russia and CIS
• Coordinate the movement and tracking of demonstration and regulatory equipment with accurate records
• Manage logistics orders, monitor equipment availability and support inventory control
• Coordinate equipment decontamination and patient data removal before redeployment
• Prepare operational reports and track key metrics on equipment utilization and logistics performance

Required profile

• BSc or MSc completed by 2025-2026; a degree in logistics or supply chain is a strong advantage, or another combination of education and training
• Confident Excel user (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Strong organization, attention to detail and accuracy with data, documentation and processes
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to suggest process improvements
• Resilient under pressure and able to stay professional with tight deadlines
• Good written and spoken English
• Interest in a career in logistics, operations, supply chain or healthcare administration
