About the role

We are looking for an Accountant‑Economist to lead the budgeting process, develop management accounting, and drive financial automation within our 1C ERP system. The role supports senior management with accurate financial reporting and contributes to continuous improvement of finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the company’s budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation and monitoring of operational, cash flow and investment budgets.
• Perform plan‑vs‑actual analysis, identify variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular management reports for senior leadership.
• Participate in the automation of financial accounting and budgeting using 1C.
• Structure business processes in 1C, define requirements and collaborate with developers and external contractors.
• Ensure correct recording of business transactions in accounting systems.
• Support end‑users on budgeting and management accounting queries.
• Contribute to projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of financial processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance or accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience as an economist, financial analyst or accountant‑economist.
• Practical experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Knowledge of accounting and management accounting principles.
• Experience with 1C or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and systematic approach.

Required skills

• 1C (ERP) configuration and customization.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
