About the role

The assistant will support the marketplace manager in an online retail project that sells a wide range of construction, repair, garden and home goods. The position starts onsite with the possibility to work remotely after the probation period, following a full‑time schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00‑17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Handle orders and supplies: verify statuses, process documentation, resolve disputes.
• Create and edit product cards, filling titles, descriptions, specifications, and SEO‑optimized keywords.
• Monitor prices and stock levels.
• Communicate with buyers via chat.
• Interact with marketplace support to solve technical issues and submit requests.
• Perform other tasks related to the sales process on marketplaces.

Required profile

• Completed courses on marketplace management or relevant work experience.
• Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics.
• Knowledge of key marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Ability to work multitasked and attention to detail.
