About the role

The company, a supplier of cable and conductor products, is seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee all financial and accounting activities. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, and representing the enterprise before tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Control and supervise the overall accounting processes of the enterprise.
  • Manage a staff of three, covering HR and payroll functions.
  • Prepare and file taxes, statistical reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
  • Handle correspondence, contracts, and foreign trade documentation (ВЭД).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage debtor collections.
  • Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and credit documents.
  • Represent the company in tax and other regulatory bodies.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Russian tax legislation.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
