About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our automotive aftermarket business in Russia. You will shape regional strategy, win key B2B clients and deliver tailored solutions while working with an international team remotely.

Key responsibilities

Analyze the Russian auto parts market, track trends, competition and client needs, and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement regional business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
Negotiate, acquire and manage key B2B clients, understanding their procurement processes and providing customized solutions.
Collaborate with the China headquarters to ensure timely support and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Russian automotive aftermarket.
Proven track record in offline B2B sales, client management and, preferably, business incubation.
Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to solve complex business challenges in a high‑pressure international environment.
Willingness to travel abroad for business trips.
