About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of Remote People’s automotive aftermarket business in Russia. You will analyse market dynamics, build relationships with key clients, and coordinate with the China headquarters to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

Analyse the local auto‑parts market, track trends, competition and client needs.
Develop and implement regional business plans and sales strategies.
Identify, negotiate with and manage key accounts, understanding their procurement processes.
Provide customised solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams at the China headquarters to secure timely support.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Russian automotive aftermarket.
Proven track record in offline B2B sales and client management; business incubation experience is a plus.
Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to solve complex business challenges.
Comfortable working under pressure in an international environment.
Willingness to travel abroad for business trips.
