About the role

ITMS Russia, a leading player in the tobacco and nicotine market, is looking for a Corporate Security Expert to protect its people, assets, information and critical business processes. The role involves proactive risk management, investigations and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and mitigate risks affecting employees, property, information and key business processes.
• Identify vulnerabilities, violations and potential threats; conduct audits and handle non‑standard situations.
• Perform inspections of regional offices to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Lead security incident investigations, analyse root causes and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement solutions to prevent losses, reduce risks and enhance overall business security.
• Coordinate with various company divisions, partners, contractors and, when necessary, law‑enforcement agencies.
• Prepare analytical reports, transform large data sets into clear business‑oriented insights.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in security, law‑enforcement or a similar corporate role.
• Proven track record in investigations, audits, risk analysis and handling analytical material.
• Understanding of core corporate security principles and interest in business processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to spot interconnections.
• Self‑initiative, independence and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional interaction.
