About the role
The company is a leading fish processing enterprise in the Central Federal District of Russia. It seeks a Regional Representative to develop sales and distribution within an assigned territory, building long‑term relationships with key customers.
Key responsibilities
- Actively search for and attract new clients for cooperation.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with owners, managers and key staff.
- Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor and control accounts receivable.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales position within the food industry, preferably with nationwide coverage.
- Proven ability to negotiate with senior executives.
- Strong client‑oriented approach and ability to tailor solutions.
- Responsibility, proactivity and result‑driven mindset.
