Lounge Supervisor – Moscow

About the role

The Lounge Supervisor ensures Emirates passengers receive premium service in the Moscow lounge. You will coordinate resources, manage suppliers, control consumables, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Emirates resources to meet passenger and operational needs during each duty period.
• Brief service suppliers on Emirates requirements and monitor timely delivery.
• Control food, beverage, and consumable expenditure while minimizing waste.
• Identify development opportunities and report them to the Airport Services Manager.
• Handle passenger queries and complaints efficiently to restore confidence.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports on passenger trends, meal wastage, stock control, and invoice confirmation.
• Coordinate lounge access sales, sales reporting, and crew‑related scheduling.
• Motivate, coach, and groom Lounge Agents to deliver professional service.
• Conduct menu tastings with catering suppliers and suggest adjustments.
• Perform regular self‑audits using IAuditor to ensure compliance with Emirates standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant or premium hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IAuditor for self‑auditing.
