Lounge Agent – Moscow

About the role

Emirates is seeking a professional Lounge Agent to deliver premium service to its high‑value passengers in the Moscow lounge. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for travelers before they board.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome lounge guests, presenting all available services and amenities.
• Coordinate with catering, cleaning and maintenance providers to uphold service standards.
• Assist passengers with seat changes, boarding card issuance, check‑in for transit travelers, reservation modifications and boarding procedures.
• Provide real‑time flight information and updates to lounge guests.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports, statistical data, and invoice confirmations.
• Manage daily and weekly stock control, including inventory recording.
• Perform administrative tasks and support the Lounge Supervisor and Airport Services Manager as required.
• Conduct audits directed by headquarters and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in hospitality, hotel or restaurant environments.
• Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English.
• Legal right to live and work in Russia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
