About the role
The Branch Delivery Sales and Service Team Leader is responsible for managing and supporting a sales and service team to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring compliance with all relevant processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales and service team to meet and exceed set targets.
- Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives.
- Ensure delivery of customer experience aligned with organisational values and service standards.
- Build long‑term professional relationships with customers based on trust.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain compliance with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management and governance procedures.
- Educate team members on compliance and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business growth and profitability.

- Proven experience in leading sales and service teams.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and governance frameworks.
- Excellent customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Analytical ability to interpret customer feedback and drive service improvements.
